Fire Breaks Out at Oil Refinery in Azerbaijan’s Capital

A blaze erupted at an oil refinery in Baku’s Nizami district on Wednesday morning.

Firefighters responded swiftly to contain the flames, while three ambulance teams were sent as a precaution. Police secured the area to ensure public safety.

Local officials arrived to coordinate the response efforts, and environmental specialists were deployed to evaluate potential air quality concerns.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
